Under eye circles are a complex problem caused by a mixture of skin colour changes, loss of volume in the cheeks, and loss of volume in the under eye area, fat pad herniation as well as thinning of the skin
Many people can see rapid improvement with the skillful injection of dermal filler in the cheeks and/or the tear trough area under the eyes. This will work extremely well in most patients if the correct filler and technique are used
